Taking care of your pottery and other important stuff:
Brass Tacks
I am a one person, part-time operation (for now) and handmade pottery is a labor of love (for forever) requiring a number of steps to complete a single item. I work hard to ensure you receive your pottery as soon as I can get it to you, but sometimes life happens. I will do my best to provide updates on orders throughout the process and always appreciate your patience. As they say, good things come to those that wait…
Custom orders (when available) typically have a lead time of 2-3 months.
I ship all products to the lower 48 from my studio in Berkeley, California. Your order should arrive within 2-8 business days from the day it ships. Tracking info will be provided.
I ship orders with recycled and/or eco friendly materials.
Use
Pottery is meant to be used and enjoyed. Use these pots everyday from your morning cup of Joe to your late evening munchies. My goal is for these objects to brighten your day for years to come.
Care
My pottery is entirely handmade, high quality stoneware. My glazes are food safe unless otherwise noted, and entirely lead free.
You may put wares in the dishwasher and microwave. However, I recommend hand washing to ensure a prolonged life.
DO NOT expose the wares to sudden shifts in temperature.
For example, do not place in an already hot oven.
Preheating a ware in the oven is OK.
Do not place hot-from-the-oven pieces in the refrigerator or freezer.
Allow for gradual change in temperature.
Never place on an open flame.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your products. Due to the nature of shipping pottery, I cannot offer refunds, but will gladly offer store credit to another purchase.
If you are in the SF Bay Area, I will accept in-person returns for a full refund.
